Gracias!
[Walking home on Pearl Street one evening. Daddy pushing me in the stroller, and Mommy walking next to me. A lady is walking towards us on a narrow sidewalk. She steps aside to let us pass.]
Mommy: Xander, say, "thank you!"
Me: [Raise right arm high, as my own sign language for “thank you!”]
Mommy: That’s right! Thank you!
Lady: [Looking down at me and smiling] De nada!

A Quick Update…
I think I’m getting older!
Two Sundays ago, I said a bunch of new words—book, cat, toes, etc. All very important words in my life!
Last week on a couple of different occasions, I walked several steps on my own. In the last few days, I’ve been a little lazy to replicate that.

I sort of took my first step last night—not simply moving from one large piece of furniture or anchor to another large piece of furniture or anchor! Should we start a pool on when I will be able to walk across the living room?
