Mmmm…homemade carrots!

Daddy made me carrots at home yesterday, instead of feeding me the Earth’s Best kind. He steamed two organically grown carrots, ground them up using a food processor with a bit of filtered water.

Daddy’s homemade version was:

  • Better colored—brighter and redder
  • Better textured—not mushy and watery
  • Better flavored—sweeter and more vibrant taste

So, Daddy’s version wins! The only thing his version loses on is that it’s not kosher. Oh well!
